Texas Rangers Spring Training Schedule 2012Below is the 2012 Texas Rangers spring training schedule below. The Rangers play their first game at Surprise Stadium on Sunday, March 4, 2012 against the Kansas City Royals. In addition to playing 29 spring training games in Arizona, the Rangers will also play against the Cubs in Las Vegas as part of the annual Big League Weekend. Plus, the Texas Rangers will play the Mexico City Red Devils (Diablos Rojos del Mexico) of the Triple-A Mexican League in a special exhibition game on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. The Rangers will end their 2012 spring training season with three exhibition games in Texas. Schedule Note: We've tried to insure as high a degree of accuracy as possible with this schedule. However, many of the teams show discrepancies between their schedules. Changes to the schedules are typical up until the start of the spring training season.
