Looking for a place to stay during your Arizona vacation? Our Arizona hotel guide has a variety of choices, from budget motels to upscale boutique hotels for most of Arizona's major towns and the Grand Canyon too.
Generally, you won't have any trouble finding an Arizona hotel as all of the major chains have hotels in Arizona. Each of the big names is here, including Sheraton, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Holiday Inn, and Motel 6 to name just a few. Of course, in some of Arizona's small towns, lodging can be limited, so advance reservations are a good idea. It's also important to keep in mind that many Arizona hotels book up quickly during the height of the busy late winter-spring travel season for the desert cities, and in the summer for northern Arizona and the Grand Canyon. Arizona spring training, held every March, is another popular travel time where booking in advance is a must to get the best selection. Our Arizona hotel guide below is organized alphabetically by city. It doesn't include every Arizona city yet but we're working on it!

Flagstaff Hotels Flagstaff lodging has all of the typical motels and hotels. Some are tucked into ponderosa pine forest and others are in the heart of it's historic downtown. Here is an overview of hotels in Flagstaff Arizona plus tips for finding a Flagstaff hotel in Arizona.

Glendale Hotels Some of the best hotels in Glendale Arizona are around the massive Westgate City Center entertainment district. These hotels are also conveniently located near major attractions like Arizona Cardinals football stadium, Glendale baseball stadium and Jobing.com Arena.

Grand Canyon North Rim Lodging Don't let the 5-hour drive to the North Rim stop you from visiting this wilder, cooler and quieter side of the park. Staying at the Grand Canyon North Rim Lodge offers rimside cabins with incredible views. Or stay at one of the rustic Western lodges tucked in the forests of the scenic Kaibab Plateau.

South Rim Hotels in Grand Canyon Lodging at Grand Canyon National Park's South Rim ranges from the expensive El Tovar Hotel to simple cabins. The park hotels are the most convenient option but they fill up quickly, so book far in advance for summer stays.

Tusayan Hotels near Grand Canyon If all South Rim Grand Canyon accommodations are booked, Tusayan hotels are a good alternative. This little town is just one mile south of the park entrance. As with park lodging, it's best to make reservations well ahead of your summer visit.

Mesa Arizona hotels If you're looking for a hotel in Mesa, there are several to choose from. Hotels are scattered throughout this southeastern suburb of Phoenix. If you're coming to Mesa for Chicago Cubs spring training, there are limited lodging options near Hohokam Park but plenty of hotels along Highway 60.

Payson Hotels Payson, Arizona is a small mountain town and a popular summer getaway for desert dwellers. Lodging ranges from mid-priced hotels and cheap motels to bed and breakfasts, and vacation rentals. However, the number of rooms is limited, so book early as rooms tend to fill up fast during peak tourist season.
